Who are we ?
Avenue Terrior was established in 2007 by Christian Morenne when he recognized new trends and opportunities in the wine supply chain. Initially, Avenue Terroir focused on wine sourcing for major European retailers. Due to strong relationships with French producers, Avenue Terroir rapidly became a well-known sourcing partner able to secure large volumes on classic French appellations at the best possible price.
In 2008 Avenue Terroir expanded its trade to the Emirates and India with a partnership agreement with Focus Brand Limited, a wine and spirit marketing agency based in Dubai.
In 2012 Avenue Terroir set up a US subsidiary with permits and inventory to facilitate sales in the US.
Christian’s background in the wine sector spans over two decades as Global Export director for large French wines & spirits groups.
We are an interface between production and distribution, our business is based on 3 main activities:
Route to market: We build Routes to Markets. We cover most European markets, the Emirates, India and USA. Our network is based on leading producing companies with whom we’ve set up partnerships.
Sourcing partner: The Modern distribution is acting through call for tenders in most markets. We regularly act as a sourcing partner for French wines. Due to our great knowledge of the production opportunities, associated with regular benchmarks on all markets we are involved with, we provide the best possible value for money.
Supply chain partner: Being on time, with the right product, quantity, and in strict respect of customer specifications is our day to day task, and our best advertisement.
